- provincial birth certificate
- Transcript of marks from high school (province issued)
- lease showing 12 months of residency (student’s, student’s parent or spouse)
- 20 dollar application fee
Born outside of Canada
- birth certificate (if possible)
- MRCI equivalence
- permanent resident card (and paper) or Canadian citizenship card
- Certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ)
OR
lease showing 12 months of residency (student’s, student’s parent or spouse) or 3 months if lived nowhere else in Canada before Quebec
